Texas Rangers limo service for the way you watch baseball
A family day at the ballpark
Choose an arrival time that gives your group room to get inside and find the seats without rushing. Include children in the vehicle headcount and tell us about car-seat or boarding needs. Good to know: a stroller or extra family bags should be part of the vehicle discussion before booking.
A visit with friends from out of town
Send the hotel address and decide whether everyone will leave from that location. If your visit includes more than one game, list each date and pickup plan. Good to know: a weekend itinerary may need different departure times even when the hotel stays the same.
Client entertainment and group outings
Coordinate the ride with the arrival time supplied by your event host. Identify one organizer and the return destination for each guest group. Good to know: tickets, hospitality and any ballpark privileges are arranged separately from the car reservation.
Plan for first pitch and the trip after the game
Build the outward ride around when you want to be at the ballpark, including time to walk in and meet your guests. The current game listing and ticket instructions should guide that target. Check the official Globe Life Field guest guide for the visit details that apply to Rangers games.
For the return, decide whether you want a set departure or intend to stay until the game ends. Baseball can continue into extra innings, so review the extra-time arrangements when making that choice. A fixed pickup time and an open-ended game finish should not be treated as the same instruction.
Save the agreed meeting location before entering. If guests sit in different sections, choose where the group will gather before walking to the vehicle. One person should send any departure update through the reservation contact.
Rides from Dallas Fort Worth and Arlington
Book from your home, office or hotel using the full street address. A Dallas or Fort Worth departure can include an agreed restaurant stop; an Arlington hotel ride can cover a direct arrival and return. For pickups in Plano, Frisco, Richardson, McKinney, Addison or Highland Park, include the entire route when asking for a quote.
If you arrive through DFW or Love Field, arrange the airport transfer around the game itinerary. Decide whether to leave bags at the hotel before heading to the ballpark. See our airport car service for that part of your visit.

Choose the vehicle for your baseball outing
Vehicle | Typical use | Capacity |
|---|---|---|
Luxury sedan | Solo travelers, couples and small parties |
|
Luxury SUV | Extra passenger or luggage space |
|
Stretch limousine | Celebrations and group outings |
|
Party bus | Larger groups traveling together | Up To 40 Passenger Party Buses |
Specific models depend on availability.
Confirm both seating and room for what you are bringing. A limousine may suit a celebration, while a sedan or SUV may fit a smaller party. Review sedan and SUV options and request a larger-group plan when needed. Share any walking limits or boarding assistance requirements. The right plan considers the ride and the distance from the permitted loading location to your entrance.
What affects the price of a Rangers game ride
Your quote reflects the pickup address, game date, vehicle, stops and reserved time. Choose a one way trip, two scheduled rides or hourly service for a longer outing.
Ask for the total with applicable parking, tolls, taxes and gratuity. Review the included waiting, extra-time rate, minimum hours and cancellation terms. If friends will return to different addresses, include those stops so the quote reflects the actual journey home.

Frequently Asked Questions for you
We understand you may have questions before booking our black car services in Dallas. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions to help guide your experience.
Where do you take passengers for Texas Rangers home games?
Rangers home games are at Globe Life Field in Arlington. Identify the game date and use the ballpark’s current visit instructions when planning your arrival. Send those details with your pickup address and preferred arrival time so the transportation request is specific to your outing.
Can we book a family ride to a Rangers game?
Yes. Share the full headcount, including children, plus the bags or equipment you plan to bring. Discuss child-seat and boarding needs before selecting the vehicle. If part of the family may leave early, request that separate departure when arranging the trip.
What happens if the game goes into extra innings?
Your departure follows the service you reserved and its extra-time terms. Tell us if you want to stay until the game finishes and contact the team when the return changes. Additional waiting or a revised pickup must fit the booking and vehicle availability.
Can I reserve transportation for a home series?
Yes, submit the dates and the itinerary for each game. Include any changes in passengers, addresses or desired arrival times. Review separate confirmations where required; several requests together do not automatically mean the same vehicle, a package price or identical pickup times for every game.
Can we stop for a meal before the game?
Yes, include the restaurant and reservation time when requesting transportation. Allow time for the meal and the onward journey to the ballpark. If you want the vehicle retained while you eat, ask about hourly service rather than booking only a direct drop-off.
Do you provide Rangers game rides from Fort Worth?
Yes. Give the Fort Worth pickup address, game date and passenger count, then add the return destination. Mention any additional stops or guests joining elsewhere. The complete route helps establish the departure plan and the service time needed for your group.
Are game tickets or parking included in the quote?
Game tickets are separate from your transportation reservation. Vehicle parking may be a separate charge or part of the agreed total, so review its treatment in the quote. Do the same for tolls, waiting and gratuity before comparing prices or confirming the ride.
Can you take us to a hotel after the game?
Yes. Include the hotel and correct guest entrance in your return request, even if the outward ride began elsewhere. List any additional drop-offs in order. Share the meeting instructions with all passengers so the group can reach the vehicle together after the game.
Book your Texas Rangers limo service
Send the game date, preferred ballpark arrival, pickup address and passenger count. Add dinner plans, luggage and the return destination. Tell us whether you are leaving at a set time or staying through the final inning, then review the vehicle and reservation details.
